Berkeley Green to open its doors to the public26th October 2015
South Gloucestershire and Stroud College will be showing its new campus off to the public for the first time next month.
Berkeley Green will be holding an Open Event offering potential students the chance to come and find out more about the new engineering, construction and digital technologies provision starting in September 2016. There will also be the opportunity to view the new campus and hear about the plans for the future new Green Skills Centre.
The Skills Centre itself will be developed over the next five years into a campus which will incorporate education, training, business start-up and research facilities and will focus on the development of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
All campuses will be open on Saturday 14th November from 10am-2pm and Berkeley will now be joining the five other SGS campuses located across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Stroud.
Principal Sara-Jane Watkins comments: "We are really excited to be opening the doors of Berkeley Green to the general public. Potential students can now visit the brand new college centre to find out more about the exciting courses starting in September. With over 800 people attending our last open events across our five other campuses this new addition will be an event to remember."
