Gloucestershire Science and Technology Park welcomes new property and lettings manager17th February 2016
The Gloucestershire Science and Technology Park (GSTP) located at Berkeley has welcomed Peter Barrett as property and letting manager.
GSTP is owned by South Gloucestershire and Stroud College who are developing a new Engineering Skills Centre as a hub for the new Berkeley Green Campus and the wider park.
The unique opportunity is now being offered to businesses to locate themselves at the Park. Being both close to Gloucester and Bristol has its benefits to many local organisations in the local vicinity.
Peter commented: “This is a great place to work. Its accessible and uncongested for commuting and when you are here it is a really beautiful environment right on the banks of the Severn. Everyday the river looks different and it’s a pleasure to come to the office.”
“Having worked in the commercial property industry for over 15 years. The most exciting aspect of the role for me is that all returns will be reinvested back into the park, into the College and ultimately into the education of the college’s young learners and the wider community. It’s a great motivation.”
Occupiers on the site can benefit from 35 acres of landscaped grounds, canteen, shop, café facilities, and ample parking as well as training support from SGS.
There are a wide range of commercial property opportunities at the park including offices, laboratories, stores and workshops, which will be refurbished and developing in the coming years. Anyone interested in space should contact Peter on firstname.lastname@example.org.
